I will list three questions that will guide me on my research about Frederick Law Olmsted. These questions are to give me a better understanding of the man and his history, and they are listed below:
1. What were his goals as a landscape architect when he was still alive? Why?
2. What separated him from other landscape architects during his time and of today's time?
3. How was New York City's Central Park his most successful project?

- I am a 3rd year Landscape Architect student at Cal Poly Pomona so everyone should have a pretty good idea why I chose the topic I have chosen. I was born in the great city of San Francisco or as I would like to call it "frisco." I lived there for thirteen years, but then moved forty minutes down south to Hayward which is known to all residents as "haystack." Now I reside in Walnut, California so try to look for me ;)
